South Hills Recovery Project and your provider are happy to announce a new partnership with Cordant Pharmacy. Cordant Pharmacy specializes in servicing patients being treated for substance abuse disorder.
Cordant’s pharmacy services eliminate many of the barriers that we know exist today such as transportation challenges, local pharmacies running out of the medications you need, long wait times and stigma.
At Cordant we are aware that any change can be difficult but we assure you that our pharmacists and technicians are committed to providing you with a great experience.
When you see your provider today you will have the option to elect to have your medications delivered directly to your home. This is a convenient service that is being offered to you at no additional cost.
If you elect to make Cordant your preferred pharmacy you will still fill your next prescription at the pharmacy of your choice. Your provider will then send all future prescriptions to Cordant that will be scheduled for home delivery. Two to three business days prior to your medications being due our pharmacy staff will contact you directly to schedule the delivery of your medication and collect any applicable copay or out-of-pocket expense that may be due. (Acceptable payment options include credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Account cards, and pre-paid debit cards.)
Your delivery will come via FedEx or courier depending on your physical address. All deliveries require the presentation of a photo ID. If someone besides you is going to sign for your prescription, please let the pharmacy staff know when the delivery is scheduled. We can deliver to any location of your choice within the State of Ohio as long as you or someone designated by you is present to accept the delivery. Please ensure that if you miss a phone call from Cordant that you promptly call us back otherwise this could delay the processing and delivery of your medications.
